"soft surroundings" ...Day 24

Another day of painting in the snow.  I painted this one the day of the storm when there was almost a white out going on.  A mixture of sleet, freezing rain and snow made the horizon soft and fuzzy.  Not much value difference in the landscape at all, which made this one an interesting one to tackle.

I painted outside yesterday as well.  It may be a week of snow paintings to show for the little bit of snow we received. The snow started melting yesterday and with the temperatures forecast today,  most of it will be gone by tomorrow.  Got to make hay while the sun shines.... or in this case, paintings while the snow lasts :)
